Day of Exposure is a fictional, annual summer event and cyanotype workshop hosted by the non-profit organization The In-Sight Photography Project.
A cyanotype is a form of photography that utilizes an emulsified cloth and sunlight to create a negative image. In creating the logo and posters for this event, I took inspiration from the iconic shades of blue that are associated with cyanotyping. Additionally, I used a warm yellow as an accent color to symbolize sunlight and contrast the shades of blue.
